The Radboud University, TNO, Tilburg University and SIDN, the company behind .nl domains, collaborate in developing better solutions for managing online privacy and electronic identities. To this end they have set up an expertise centre, the ‘Privacy & Identity Lab’ (PI.lab) that combines their current research and enables them to start-up new research. This joint collaboration is unique because it involves research into the technical, legal and socio-economic aspects of privacy and identity.
The board is formed by members of each partner: Berry Vetjens (TNO), Roelof Meijer (SIDN), Han Somsen (TILT), and Tom Heskes (RU). The director business development is Jacques Bus and Ronald Leenes is scientific director.
